6 Month Limited Warranty
American Hi-Striker's Limited Warranty covers our parts and labor on any normal operational problems
that you might encounter with the game, under normal use, for the first 6 months of game ownership and
is NOT inclusive of the hammers. This Limited Warranty does not cover travel time to and from your
location to service the game. Shipping costs or transportation of the game or any of it's parts or
components to, and from our facility for warranty work to be performed, or costs of repairs performed
by persons other than American Hi-Striker.
Limitations of Warranty
Under our Limited Warranty, American Hi-Striker will repair or, replace any defective parts or
components that may fail during the Limited Warranty period as long as one of the following conditions
can be met:
- Game can be transported back to our shop, at customer's expense, for any warranty work to be
performed. Warranty work is performed at our expense (parts/labor). Customer is responsible for
transportation of game back to his/her location after warranty work is performed, and any costs for
such transportation and/or game re-assembly and setup.
- Part(s) of the game requiring service can be properly and safely removed by customer and transported
back to our shop, for any warranty work to be performed. Warranty work is performed at our expense
(parts/labor). Customer is responsible for transportation of part(s) back to his/her location after
warranty work is performed, including any shipping or transportation costs, and for the proper, safe,
and successful re-installation of said part(s) into the game, and any associated costs. American
Hi-Striker is not responsible for damage to parts or entire game, due to improper installation.
Limited Warranty DOES NOT cover:
- Any travel time to and from your location to service the game.
- Shipping costs or transportation of game or, any of its parts to, and from our facility for warranty work to be performed.
- Any costs for repairpersons from shops other than our own to repair/service the game.
- Abuse of the game (overuse or misuse of hammers, buttons, cords, etc)
- Physical damage to the game (including, but not limited to, scratches, chips, dents, scrapes, wear/tear, etc.)
- Adjustments or changes to the game (other than factory options).
- Burned out light bulbs or the replacement thereof.
- Cleaning and/or maintenance
- Jammed coin mechanisms
- Problems or damage caused by unauthorized persons.
- Wear-and-tear from game play
- Damage or problems incurred from moving, transporting, setting-up, disassembling, or otherwise working on the game yourself
- Problems that may occur after relocation of the game.
Any warranty repair must be performed by American Hi-Striker. The warranty does not cover any
expense or work performed by you or any other unauthorized repair personnel. We (American Hi-Striker)
are not responsible for costs or, work performed by anyone other than American Hi-Striker. Any work
performed on the game by you and/or another shop's repairperson is entirely your option, and is fully
your responsibility.
The warranty is void if:
- Game is altered, modified, or customized electronically, mechanically, or cosmetically.
- Game is dropped, knocked over, abused, or otherwise physically damaged while at your location or during any transportation/shipping.
- Game is transported to and/or installed in another Location.
- Game is placed outdoors and is improperly weatherproofed during installation.
